Does Joda take a cut of my sales?
Never. Joda does not touch your transactions. Buyers contact you directly through the inquiry system — you handle the sale however works best for you. Joda makes money from seller subscriptions and promotional placements, not commissions.
Is the Starter plan actually free forever?
Yes. No credit card, no trial period. Create your storefront and list up to 20 outfits free — permanently. Upgrade only when you need more reach or features.
What is a "Featured Listing" or "Sponsored Drop"?
These are à la carte paid placements. Featured Listings put your outfit in the "Featured this week" section on the homepage. Sponsored Drops let you run a branded collection in the "Shop the moment" carousel. Both are purchased separately from your plan.
Can I cancel or change my plan anytime?
Yes, anytime. Your listings, inquiry history, and storefront are always preserved regardless of plan changes. Downgrades take effect at your next billing cycle.
What happens if I hit my listing limit on the free plan?
Your existing listings stay live — you just can't add new ones until you archive some or upgrade. We'll notify you before you hit the cap.
What is a Festival Campaign partnership?
Joda runs seasonal campaigns around Garba/Navratri, Diwali, Eid, and Wedding Season. Campaign partners get a dedicated homepage banner, a sponsored drop slot, and inclusion in our community newsletter for that season. Limited spots per campaign.
